Refunds & Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our roses and much care into the handling and packaging of each order. We use FedEx Priority Overnight for all shipments and realize that there are rare occasions that roses arrive in a condition we would find unacceptable. When that happens, please contact Customer Support. We will do our best to ship you another box of the same or similar roses, provided we are not sold out. You may also decide to keep the purchase amount as credit for a future order. If we are unable to send you a new box of roses, we will issue a refund for the cost of the roses less the shipping costs. All refunds require images of the roses sent in to our customer support team HERE.
Due to roses being perishable, we are not able to accept returns for any purchases.
