Starting in May 2019, we're opening our farm for tours! Tours will take place May through November on the second and fourth Fridays of each month from 10am to 2pm. Private group tours of 12 or more people are available per request. Please email us to book a private group tour. Tour details...
Tours include a guided walk through our rose fields to see and smell over 20,000 roses. Gracie will show you all the varieties of roses we grow as cut flowers, provide an overview of how we care for our roses and answer questions along the way. We'll also tour our rose nursery where we grow rare and antique garden roses the old-fashioned way. We'll take a peek in our barn where we do all our post-harvest processing and see the walk-in cooler! After the guided tour concludes, you'll be provided with pruners and set off to walk the fields and cut roses to take home with you. Our staff will be available to help if needed!
Lunch will be served beneath our willow trees at our farmhouse tables overlooking our gardens. We are a cruelty-free farm so a gourmet vegetarian meal will be provided, along with locally made desserts, our rose iced tea and lemonade. If you have any food allergies, please let us know before your tour date so we may try to accommodate you.
Following lunch, you're welcome to make an arrangement with your roses during our Q+A session. Our three rescue Great Pyrenees dogs, Buddy, Emmie June and Ellie Rose, will be there to say hello! We will provide a vessel for your arrangement so you can take it home. Closed toe shoes are required on our farm. Please bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. You're welcome to take as many photos as you'd like while at our farm, but please no professional photographers doing family/engagement/maternity/commercial photoshoots during the tour. If you’d like to book a photoshoot, please email us. We look forward to meeting you!
