Grace Rose Shipping Policy

Grace Rose Farm ships all of our cut roses via FedEx Priority Overnight. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will also receive an email notification when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered. All deliveries should arrive before noon on your chosen delivery date. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address. Please contact FedEx to inquire about the guaranteed delivery time for your area and zip code.

We ship Monday through Friday which means deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday. Saturday deliveries will incur an additional fee of $15.

Please review your shipping address carefully when inputting your order. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $30 fee for changes or redirects once the package has been submitted to the carrier and are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued. Grace Rose Farm is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided.

Grace Rose Farm is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our roses the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by FedEx, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Grace Rose Farm is not responsible for reimbursing damaged product not covered by the carrier.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional $50 per box surcharge.
