We're totally smitten with this romantic, graceful rose. Rubens is a rose we're determined to offer florists as a cut simply because it’s so breathtakingly beautiful. As most rose collectors do, we spend hours looking through catalogs of roses and each time, we come back to Rubens. It’s hard to pinpoint why we love it so much - it just resonates perfection. Rubens’ tea scented heads gently nod on nearly thornless stems and bloom in flushes all season. It’s a kaleidoscope of shades from cream, blush, pale butter and peach, making it unforgettable in the garden. Rubens’ scale is grand, but it can just as easily be grown in small gardens. It feels old in all the right ways. Rubens is surely among my favorite roses and we're thrilled our nursery has so many to offer for spring delivery!
Bloom: Large, double, globular
Color: White, pink, blush, salmon, cream

Roses are shipped in nursery pots with extensive roots, so please plan to transfer your roses to larger containers or plant them in the ground upon arrival. Roses will arrive leafed out and ready to produce roses for you in spring! Roses sourced from our growers will be shipped as bare root roses after your last frost.
California Residents: You may pickup your roses at our farm the last week of April. We will refund your shipping costs upon pickup of your roses.
